1. Made-to-Order Products

All Eunoia pieces are made on order. Each garment is specially crafted according to the customer’s request and requirements.

Because of this customized process, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

2. Advance Payment Policy

  • To confirm and process any order, advance payment is mandatory.

  • We require your WhatsApp number for order confirmation and communication.

  • Orders will not be processed or catered to without advance payment, as clearly mentioned in your WhatsApp order confirmation.

Why Advance Payment is Required

This policy exists because:

  • Each garment is crafted specifically for the customer.

  • In the past, customers have refused full cash-on-delivery parcels, resulting in unnecessary financial loss.

  • Advance payments ensure your order is reserved, stitched, and delivered smoothly and on time.

3. No Return & No Refund Policy

Since all products are made-to-order:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear pictures and order details via WhatsApp or email.

  • After verification, we may offer an exchange or correction (if applicable).
